As 2016 falls behind with its economic and political difficulties, 2017 has started as a year out of change and expectations across Turkey and the world.
We planned 2017 as our reorganization year for our group. Our companies completed their organizational transformation under Faydasicok Holding. Considering our growing structure, possible strategic collaborations and raising levels of competition; we will continue to achieve growth by dividing our special steel (hot rolled) manufacturing, bright steel (cold) manufacturing and special steel & pipes distribution activities into three companies under Faydasicok Holding. We are approaching step by step to our vision of achieving sustainable growth by creating international brands in strategic sectors with our investments.
With our new organization that we have founded in line with sustainable profitability and operational efficiency, we carry on our hot rolled special steel manufacturing with our HASCELIK company; our bright steel manufacturing with our HASPARLAK company and our special steel & pipes sales and distribution activities with our HASCOMETAL company as of March 1st 2017. Moreover HAS STEEL Americas is equipped to manage our sales and distribution activities in American continent.
Alongside our steel group activities; we have incorporated HASEN Energy, which has two licenses in renewable energy sector; our newly established NFC FAYDASICOK Construction company and our Turkey’s largest grinding ball facility - Grindballs with Faydasicok Holding.
By analyzing the market in detail and listening to the customers, we have focused on research and development activities with our way of interdisciplinary works. Our investment plans proceed in order to improve our steel making ranges and to increase the capacity of production lines where value added products are manufactured. Our factories’ processes and production technologies are evolving with technology every year.
The world we live in where change and improvement never slowing down, we are proceeding to work harder in order to provide excellent service to our customers in every sector we operate and to step forward in competition with a win-win philosophy.
