Considering our growing structure, possible future strategic collaborations and changing competition in the world; we are proceeding to achieve growth by separating our activities into three companies. Hot Rolled Special Steel Manufacturing, Bright Steel Manufacturing and Special Steel & Pipes Distribution, which are embodied by our group’s flagship HASCELIK that has been serving to Turkish industry since 1968,

With our new organization aiming to achieve sustainable profitability and operational efficiency, we carry on our hot rolled special steel manufacturing with our HASCELIK company; our bright steel manufacturing with our HASCELIK company and our special steel & pipes sales and distribution activities with our HASCOMETAL company as of March 1st 2017.

Moreover this year, we have established Hasan FAYDASICOK Educational Foundation with the aim of planning and carrying out social responsibility projects in an institutional framework.
